Overpriced tickets and mobile site doesn't inform hidden fees.

Complaint against viagogo

When buying tickets using the mobile site it was not shown that it would include a 300 fee on top of what I already paid. I now paid over 1000 and the money was taken from my account immediately before I was directed to a page giving me the list of fees. I have tried to re-list my tickets and it wont even accept my IBAN (says not accepted) and I haven't recieved my tickets despite it telling me I cannot get a refund. I got a notification saying my tickets would be emailed to me next week. I cannot enter a payment method to get paid back, what a waste of 1000 dirhams. I will call consumer affairs.
