Complaint against viagogo

I entered the wrong PayPal address as my payment method, but still got an email to say I had received payment. When I rang PayPal they said that no money could be sent to this account anymore as it was unaccessible, I contacted viagogo about this but i've had no reply from them. I'm still waiting for £90 for 2 tickets I sold way over a month ago. When I ring the contact number and enter my order ID number I get told 'they can't help me with this' and the call ends. How am I supposed to be paid when you don't respond?! Also you have a guarantee that the seller will get their payment no matter what, when will this happen then?
