Complaint against viagogo

In Feb 2017 I attempted to purchase 4 x tickets to the Wombats show (30th June 17, 02 Academy, Brixton London) the site crashed at check out so I waited approx 1 hour to see whether the tickets had been purchased. when I received no confirmation email I proceeded to purchase another 4 tickets.. that time I received a confirmation when I received my credit card statement it showed that I had been charged twice (8 tickets in total) I have only received a confirmation for 4 of those tickets. viagogo refuse to give me a refund. so I attempted to sell 4 of my tickets...3 of which have already sold. I now have no record of any tickets. viagogo take approximately 2 weeks to reply to any email and are never able to answer any of my questions.
