Complaint against viagogo
I sold some tickets quite a while ago and the event was now 12 days ago. I originally got these tickets from viagogo but then got better seats so needed to sell these ones. When I checked the account again it said "ISSUE - Oops! There seems to be an issue with this order. No need to worry, though. We’re looking into it and we’ll let you know if we need any additional information.". I have emailed viagogo asking for more information and telling them I need to know asap because if there was a problem I then needed to report the original seller. I have still not had any kind of response from viagogo and the same issue notice is on the page with no further explanation. Can anybody help me with advice on how to get this sorted?
