Viagogo has my 2 tickets but my listing still inactive!

Complaint against viagogo

I sent 2 tickets to Viagogo (received by Viagogo on 06/24 at 8:51 UPS 1Z375W27D357577188, VGS LMS Paris, 141 avenue Felix Faure which is the Viagogo mailbox in Paris), but my listing to sell them is still inactive. Although I send Viagogo messages and Viagogo claims to answer in next 12 hours for event in next 72hours... Never received an answer! Now my listing is still not active (=I can't sell) and I don't have my tickets anymore... so I am stuck!

Correct, listing visible and finally sold 4 hours before the event, but a lot of stress. It took way too much time. Tickets received by Viagogo on Friday at 8am, listing on Saturday 5:05pm (although just a bar code to scan)... in between tickets price went from 500+E to 300E since event was on Monday so I lost 400E (2tickets x200E).
