Complaint against Selfridges
I returned a purchase which was faulty made on 27th Nov. 2014. returned recorded delivery 2nd December 2014. E-mailed twice, telephoned 3 times (last call 37 mins). transferred 5 times ! Switchboard tried to connect me to head of retail,whose Dept. promised a call back from this person without fail. We have now discovered that this "head of Dept." left a month ago. Selfridges !!!! What can I say except GIVE ME MY REFUND!!!!!!!
