[LAPSED] Continuously damaging mail I send to customers!!

Complaint against Royal Mail

Paper illustrations being sent to customers in cardboard do no bend envelopes, they're being received bent in half, torn, folded etc. Sent a framed piece wrapped in an entire reel of bubble wrap, a postal bag, and a box marked fragile. Smashed. Received crockery in belated packaging marled fragile all over, smashed. 18 items in total so far.
