[RESPONDED] parcelforce unless

Complaint against Royal Mail

15-03-15 ec781252774gb forwarded for UK processing, yet customs have. I paid ems delivery£30 tto receive item in time for exam on Tuesday as item is an exam document I need so paid express delivery. Parcelforce are so 1980, s are useless I'll from now on go to another firm DHL as there reliable and are with this 2015 thing I'm annoyed as sat a year revising and now may miss exam.
