[LAPSED] Royal Mail "MISPLACE" my Passport

Complaint against Royal Mail

My partner sent passport special delivery to Indian Embassy for visa and the envelope didnt go further than local sorting office. So much for tracking - who stole it? Its her identity!! Compensation pathetic. Never use them for this service again. Cost us a fortune to replace quickly

I'm really sorry that you had a problem when using our service. I gather that you are also disappointed with our response to your claim and apologise if this is the case.
