Complaint against Amazon

I ticked my daughters address for a plant delivery from martins nursery. But it did not set up! And it has been delivered to me, I have just sent a long text to martins nursery, complaining, but then checked my order address, I never had problems before. But this time is really upsetting as I can not get to delivery this tree myself for two weeks, and it was meant as a special gift with a memory attached! I can not even get to a post office to resend. Mary Colwill

It was not the suppliers fault, it must have been a technical problem , when ordering! As I specicialy typed in or ticked my daughters address each time that the delivery address was asked for! The company was very helpful with advice on how to look after this tree, until it could be collected!

I have now realised that, if I order something that need to be delivered to a different address, I will send a back up message to the suppliers. So , end of complaint from me.
