Complaint against Amazon

Amazon prime took out £79 from my acc for a service I did not have. I had a free trial in November 2015. When I rang they agreed to refund me. They said it would take 2-3days but If I contact the bank they'll release he pending transaction. I knew this was incorrect but did so anyway. I rang back to amazon several times with the information that my bank can be faxed and the funds immediately released. Each person I spoke to said something different or slipped up when pushed. I spent four hours of my evening trying to sort this. If a company can immediately charge your card then can refund it immediately. I am now overdrawn because of this mistake by Amazon which I'll now be charged for. This was amazon fault not mine. I should have to chase for my own money. I am now unable to buy food for my family because of amazon incompetence. I am disgusted ans will never use amazon again
