Complaint against Amazon
I have bought a films for my Kindle Fire and downloaded them in 2014. Was able to watch them any time I wanted. When software was updated this year some time in March? , all my content has gone. I was asked to re- registered again, which I have done, but still not able to get my films back? Contacted to Amazon by email, by phone. They are saying , that I never purchased any film as my payment was decline? They sad" sorry , we can't do anything about it". 2 years I was able to have my films on the tablet, and now for some reason , my payment did no go through? after 2 years? what the ridiculous things they are saying!
