Complaint against Amazon

Ordered a £289.99 tv was delivered to find it was broken. Not only did they expect me to find a way to send it back theyet didn't have the TV in stock so had to wait over a week to get my own money back. They agreed to send someone to pick it up which was the day after I asked for, mess up there. Called to see the progress and only thing they can say is sorry!! Sometimes sorry just isn't enough. I'm so angry at the insult of being offered a £5 gift card! Sort your customer care out its ridiculous!!
