When ordering the travel bag I ordered it twice by mistake and promptly cancelled one of the items. I contacted them as I was going away that weekend and they said I had cancelled the whole order.cutting a long and boring story they promised to deliver the next day. The item was deliverd AFTER I had left for my break. I asked then to send me a label so that I could return it and asked for a full refund. Well they promised the label would be here today (07/03/16) having promised to send it last Saturday. They said it would be out of date if I didnt send it back today. So what do I do please? I am fed up with shoddy service and I demand a full refund.
