Complaint against Amazon
I have tried to login to my Amazon.co.uk account to place a repeat order however could not login with my email address. I have sent an email to Amazon and also call their customer services and they have refused to help claiming I don't have an account! I have been Amazon's customer for over 10 years and have sent them screenshots of previous orders where you can see clearly my email address. Somebody must have hacked my account since my last order and changed the email address and Amazon is refusing to do anything about it. They just keep sending their standard reply emails on how to change email address which I cannot do as I don't have the current email address due to hacked account. Not only I have lost access to all the shows I have purchased I am also extremely worried about my credit card details stored on Amazon account.
