Complaint against Amazon

I recently accidentally clicked on and bought three Kindle books. I immediately cancelled the order and reordered paperback books instead. I do not have a Kindle and it was only seconds after the mistake that I cancelled the order. My credit card statement has just arrived and shows that I have been charged £12.93 and also £5.62 for the books that I wanted. You web site showed that I had successfully cancelled the dogital downloads. Can you please investigate and refund the £12.93. From Mrs M Barnes
