Apple's 'secure' couriers Syncreon failed to deliver my MacBook Pro and Apple have taken three weeks (so far) to investigate the loss, when they assured me it would take up to 8 days. I have been promised phone calls which never materialise and have spent more time on phone calls to them than I care to mention. The generic emails I have received are a further demonstration of their poor customer service. Feeling so let down by a company that I always had such faith in, having bought many Apple products before. This multi-billion pound company should be ashamed of taking £1000 from a customer and not delivering the goods.
