Complaint against Apple

I contacted Apple previously about my iWatch burning me. They previously swapped my bands and I told them that is was not compensation but a necessity to wear the product. Since receiving the bands I've only worn the watch for 3/4 weeks before it started burning me again. I've contacted both the CEO and the caseworker who dealt with my case previously, but I've received no acknowledgement.

I am having the same issues... I would send a legal letter to:/ Apple distribution international Apple uk LTD Legal department 2 Furze ground Way Stickler park east Uxbridge UB11 1bb I will be sending them one two and have full intention of going legal, sick of being bullied by large companies. It took me nearly 1.1/2houra to get this information. They seem to hide behind a smokescreen! I have over £7000 of Apple products and will NEVER buy one again! Google here I come! Terrible
