My girlfriend bought I phone 6 from Virgin Mega-store in Qatar. Turned off one night, would not restart next day. 1 week out of year warranty. Took to Virgin on 24/08/2015, they sent to Apple in Qatar. After 1 week, went back, said will be a further 2 or 3 weeks to find out what wrong. Went to Virgin (we both in Dubai now) to complain - Apple website says 7 days. Virgin manger in Dubai said he would find out. Next day went back, manager said she was entitled to new phone (16/09/2015). Next day manager phoned to say need ICloud and password. Went back and gave information. Went back to Qatar to get new phone 22/09/2015. Virgin man said will be 2 or 3 week before new phone. I spoke to numerous people, managers etc many different excuses including need Icloud information. Too many lies and untruths from both Apple and Virgin. Got new phone on 23/09/2015 after many conversations and insisting we get phone now - already over 1 month without phone.
