Complaint against Argos

I placed an order online on 18th November 2015,was given a delivery slot between 7-10pm at 9.59pm I received a Text stating we tried to deliver your order today, please contact us within 7 days to rearrange delivery no delivery was attempted. I telephoned customer service the next morning, to be told they are sorry & don't know why it was not delivered & as a goodwill jester they would deduct the £3.95p delivery charge & that it will be delivered today 19/11/2015 between 2pm-6pm. No delivery was received, I called customer services at 6.30pm to be told give them another 30mins, if you do not receive it call me back, I said can you call the warehouse as I was on the telephone for 20mins before i had a response, reluctantly he agreed & said he will call me back I gave him my number, hence no call. I called back & was holding on for 30mins then was disconnected. I again called Friday morning & was told I am really sorry I will look into this for you & ring you back. I received a call back & was informed the order did not go through to the warehouse, & was guaranteed a delivery that day (friday 20th 2015) between 2pm-6pm, no delivery received once again. I tried calling customer services that evening, & again was holding for 25 mins. I gave up at this point i was so cross, & still had no goods. Saturday morning i tried to contact them again, I telephoned at 8 05am & was still holding on at 8.35am gave up once again. I have sent numerous emails, I received an automated response twice, I asked them to cancel my order & to refund my money asap no response.

They don't care once they have your money, I am going to take this further.
