A non recieved item which was paid for 28th November, and still not had

Complaint against Argos

Called the store more than 10 times about the fact that i hadnt recieved my item which was to arrive by free home delivery, within few days of purchase on 28th november 2015, very very rude lady called today vertially accusing me of having already recieved it which was very rude and upsetting, find the treatment absolutly disgusting
