I ordered my product at 2pm on saturday 21st November with the fast track delivery being arranged for between 7pm and 10pm. Nothing arrived. Then came the phone call battle with their customer service line (21 mins, 33 mins, 50 mins and 12mins) to get told the same lies repeatedly, that it for some reason hadnt been put through for delivery or they cannot contact the warehouse. Despite all of the promises still nothing and no closer to getting it either. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing and begrudging the 1 star. Plus further out of pocket for phone calls. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
