Complaint against Argos

Having to buy the same product twice which was a birthday present was bad enough,(screws were so tight, unable to unscrew, and cross threaded screws,) but after, waiting 10-15mins in line to pay, with no staff on till, all walking back and forth totally ignoring those waiting to pay, at least three people walked out. As Argos close early on Sunday I decided to get the bus to Peckham branch, to find it was out of stock, the product in question was a doll which was battery operated. Bought from se1 branch. Whilst I understand, staff are busy, an unmanned till, for such length of time is totally unacceptable, (at least inform customers of waiting time) so thank you Argos my 6 yr old granddaughter ( who does not live near me) will not have a replacement today, as I promised,
