Took iPad receipt and cards to Argos,as instructed by phone staff,was on the phone on Monday for 4 hours and today 2 hours,staff at customer services told me no wont happen and wouldn't let me speak to a manager or point one out to me.ihave rang and been transferred so many times my phone bill is going to be another issue,when I do speak to anyone I'm told it can be exchanged.if I have been misinformed who pays my phone bill for the calls?
