I did not receive the products. Argos after 35 days has not paid me

Complaint against Argos

I bought 2 items on 8th of December. The products never arrived to my house, so I called to the Argos online, and they suggested me to cancel the order and they might return me the money. I have talk with the company through email, twitter, and personally in the stores, and they have provided me several dates saying "in a few days you will receive your money". Well, today it is the day 35, and I have not received the money.
