Complaint against Argos
I placed an order for a product that I was charged for and the payment was taken from my account and I got notified that my package was being delivered on the 2/12/15 between 19:00 and 22:00 I have not received any sort of package but I have been charged a sum of £41 I call argos to see if I was able to get a refund and they tell me that they have lost all record of order and they are not able to give me a refund without a authorisation code from the bank to prove that a transaction has been made. I provide them with this info and still they refuse to help now I have to go through a dispute process with the bank to get my money back.
