IM TRYING TO EXPLAIN MY VOUCHER of £89. has expired because i was away in Australia to see my daughter and had emergency hip replacement and have only returned.im trying to send the msg but they wont accept because i dont have a phone because IM DEAF. i want to use the money to buy something.
