Complaint against Argos

I returned an item purchased via PayPal to the same Argos store I collected it from, on Sunday 24/09. I was assured that the refund had been made and given a print-out of their internal system. However, the refund was not issued correctly to PayPal. Normally, a seller has to go on the transaction (on their PayPal account) and the refund is processed immediately. I am NOT expecting the money to be in my account instantaneously, but for the refund to actually be issued on PayPal. This has not been done. I have repeatedly contacted Argos and asked for the refund transaction ID (from PayPal, which they should have if the refund was done) but they refuse to give it to me. I have repeatedly emailed the Argos PayPal contact (email from PayPal) but have received no response.
