Shocking service.... still waiting 2 weeks later for my refund

Complaint against Argos

I would rather give no stars. They offer good service when you are buying an item, but soon as you want to refund anything .... shocking!!! I bought a cordless hoover and had to change it 3 times due to faults. On the third time I request a refund. Went through about 6 different members of staff when I phoned customer service. Was hung up on three times, spoke to a rude advisor.. spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get a refund authorised. Even spoke to the product help line, who agreed to a refund. Spoke to Argos again explaining they had authorised it. Refund was suppose to be credited to my account and still waiting 2 weeks later for the money. Phoned another 3 times to find out each time it hadn’t been processed and needed to wait an additional further 5 days.... absolute joke!!! Was told a supervisor couldn’t speak to me as she was busy doing emails.... don’t know how they can get away with treating their customers like it !!!!
