Complaint against Argos

Shocking service! Refused refund, refused to have an engineer out to look at Hoover bought from Beaumont let's store Leicester, done a diagnostic test with manufacturer over the phone, said it wasn't faulty even though they hadn't seen the Hoover! And then said if I do not go and pick the Hoover up they would dispose of it!!!! Disgusting service from start to finish, new policy now you have to contact the manufacturer your self! Against the law as I've had legal advice! Still ongoing with this shocking company, stay clear and shop elsewhere, would never give them a penny ever again!!!
