Still waiting for refund money after returning product over 4 weeks ago!!
Complaint against Argos
Brought a product online with Argos, in June 2015 for over £310 including delivery. Item kept faulting out so in the end I arranged online to return product and they did so from my house on 14th Sep 2015. I am now still waiting on the refund even after 11 phone calls I have MADE. They said they have paid me on 19th Sep but nothing shows in my bank (been checking every single day)?? Lloyds bank have checked all transactions and nothing is seen or blocked for any reason? Argos finance dept, who are the only one's who can speak to me but never answer the phone, have had 2 callback requests from their own customer advisors, where they have 48 hours to call me but still nothing. I'm currently waiting on a 3rd callback....,
