Complaint against Argos

I ordered 3 items to be delivered, the driver arrived with only 2. When I questioned where the third item was, I was told they couldn’t send it out as it was damaged. Took it on the chin and said it’s fine, took the day off work to wait in for it, low and behold nothing arrived. So I went onto live chat and spoke to a rude ‘customer service rep’. Very slow in replying when I asked him where my item was and he then told me it hadn’t even been dispatched!! Told me there’s nothing he could do and I had to contact them tomorrow? What sort of customer service is that? Asked for a full refund and now I have to wait 5 - 7 days for it yet they took money for an item immediately of which they didn’t deliver!! Shocking service! Not happy at all. I shall be taking my money elsewhere in future. I would like to be contacted with an explanation immediately upon receiving this review, take this as a serious formal complaint.
