Unable to get through to Customer Services

Complaint against Argos

Item not received on home delivery, Argos have looked into it and confirm it was sent, they have offered to resend but have to ring Customer Services to initiate the resend of the item. Have spent over 4 hours in total so far trying to get through and NOTHING! Constantly on hold...customer service is a joke, there is no customer service, just an ever increasing telephone bill and frustration on my part. Never known anything like it
