Had a gift that was faulty, went to a different store that it was purchased from to exchange for an upgraded version, because the receipt of purchase was torn and the date was missing they clearly said that they couldn’t do anything and I would have to go back to the original store. I have exchanged goods in different stores before and never had a problem, even without a receipt. The management at St Austell, Cornwall clearly need to send their staff on customer care training and a smile would have made me less dissatisfied. Will not go to that store again...
