Very poor and disorganised Delivery Service for the Far North

Argos
Very poor and seemingly disorganised delivery service. I have order 3 single beds and received a confirmation stating my delivery will take place on 29th January. I then have a call about 1 week before stating that some headboards will be following as they werer not in stock but was assured that the rest of the order would definitely arrive on the 29th January. On the strength of this I had my existing beds uplifted early this morning only to discover that none of my order will be coming! I now as a disabled person have nothing to sleep on for at least 1 week before they (hopefully) honour the companies delivery promise. Very poor service indeed. Unfortunately choosing an alternative would not be an option owing the standard length of time for deliveries to Caithness, we are forced to await this delivery then once it has been honoured in full will not have any more dealings with Argos where delivery of items are required
