I want to know why I was asked to deposit money to be able to talk to a technician on your site about the issues I have with your appliances I purchased? I left the site in disgust. It said the $5 was refundable, so why are people being asked to pay then? They're your products and so therefore I would have thought you'd be trying to resolve the issues without asking people to pay in advance, refundable or not.
