No reply on defective Adonit Jot Stylus after repeated emails
Complaint against Adonit
On July 18th I wrote to tell of problems with my stylus - charged once and then never again. I received a reply on July 19th with a request number (#112549). I also received a response from "Miles" advising of steps to take to see if any would correct the problem. Per his request, I supplied a photo of the stylus and the charger along with the receipt on July 29th. On August 1, Miles advised that he would be sending a new charger. On September 14th I advised that the new charger produced no improvement - the stylus still did not charge. On August 10th I requested a replacement stylus (prior case # 112549). I requested a status update on 8/15/16 and on 8/16/16 I received a new request (#113474) and a response from Miles requesting a SHORT video of the stylus not charging. Two short videos sent 9/13, requested update 9/19 and still no reply!!!!!
