[RESPONDED] Company ignores all emails and calls chasing refund due since Oct 2014

On 17/8/14 and 22/9/14, I ordered two pairs of trousers costing £24.57 and £48 respectively. Both were too small. On 18/10/14 I sent both back. On 28/10/14, I requested confirmation of receipt. On 4 and 18 November 2014, I chased confirmation. I received no response to any emails or calls. I returned one pair outside the 14 day period for returns and had agreed previously with customer services that I would receive a credit note for £48 instead of a cash refund. The delay was mainly due to waiting for long periods for responses to my enquiries about this order. I sent the other trousers back within the 14 day return period so am entitled to a full refund.
