Lost faith in them!

Complaint against Fashion-conscience.com

I placed an order for a pair of boots back on 12 November 2016 with stock expected mid-November. Since then I've emailed for updates to their customer service email, and I've tried to contact them via Twitter too. No response at all. When looking online, the expected stock is now showing mid-December. Still no updates from them, no response to emails or tweets, and no idea if I'll ever get the boots I've ordered and PAID for. Looks like I've lost £65 which is incredibly disappointing. I either want my money back or the boots - at this stage, I just want my money back but it seems they are impossible to contact and refuse to acknowledge my many, many attempts to contact them. If I ever do get my money back, I can safely say I will NEVER shop with them again.

The company say they've refunded but I've not had a refund and the order is still showing live on my account. Please can you provide confirmation of the refund via email?

I've not had any responses to my attempts to contact you and I've only taken this route as I am so frustrated. I'd love to get it sorted out as soon as possible. Thank you

Hi Kitt - we checked and we had two emails; one cancellation of the order and one follow-up and we actioned the refund. It went back to card ending 2091 last week.

That's not the correct details - had I had an email from you, and my order showing as cancelled then at least I'd have had an idea what was going on. Please email me!

Just in addition to this - I've checked my card issuer who say there is nothing pending. I'm also not happy that you would publish my card number (albeit part) on a public forum. Yet another reason I'm unhappy. If you responded to my previous emails perhaps we wouldn't now be in this mess. Please email me as I requested! Thank you.

I've checked again with my card issuer who advise that there is a payment due to credit from you - so thank you, it appears the refund is on its way. However the item still shows as live on my orders - NOT cancelled. And, you haven't address the concerns in relation to disclosing my card details on a public site.

Please can you look into this situation as I am concerned I haven't had the refund. And due to attempted fraud my card number has changed - which I'd be able to share with you had you responded to previous emails! Thank you.

Hi - yes this was refunded as we said - there is no need for any other system confirmations, you cancelled the order and we refunded it as requested. It is effectively thus cancelled and will not be fulfilled. We did as requested for you. Best FC x

Only got the refund after posting here to complain. No acknowledgment to any other contact attempts. Not all concerns addressed. Will never shop here again.
