[RESOLVED] - Refund never received

Complaint against

I ordered a pair of boots on 14/11/16 and two weeks later received an email that they no longer had the stock to fulfil the order. I was asked if I was happy to receive an alternative pair of boots instead. I replied to say that I would rather receive a refund than the other boots. I have never heard back from them and have never received the refund, despite having tried to phone and email them on numerous occasions. It is very disappointing considering they are meant to be an ethical company.

I sent an email with a link to this complaint and finally got a refund after 8 months.
