Mis-Sold Sofa

Complaint against ScS

I brought a sofa and was delivered the end of September 2017 we have already had out an engineer 2 months after having it to sort out the sofa. Its an orthapedic sofa and has hard sponge so its good for your back, neck etc. So we had to get the engineer out as the sponge had blown. The engineer told us this will keep happening and a few weeks later he was right it happened again. The seller at SCS never told us this would happen. If i knew i wouldnt of paid over £2500 for a sofa. I have called the shop 3 times and the manager is never in and I have left numerous messages to call back but not 1 person has bothered. This sofa is on fiance and I know my consumers rights that mis-selling a product i am entitled to a full refund. Please could someone help as i feel like i am being palmed off and ignored
