SCS - poor after care service.. poor company

Complaint against ScS

bought a lazy boy 3 and 2 seater sofa April 2018 from SCS, delivered july 2018. Noticed it was sunken on one of the seats and a small hole on the arm rest. Requested someone to come out to look at it - advised me its due to being sat on..really.. a 3 month old sofa!!! He eventually agreed with me and a new seat and new arm was ordered. Jan 2019 it was delivered and due to be installed - wrong parts ordered therefore had to be re ordered! May 2019, new parts delivered and to be installed - still wrong parts ordered... no apology from SCS . Nearly 12 months with a faulty sofa! Spoke to someone from head office 8 days after delivery of wrong parts for the 2nd time- very rude in manor and patronising. Offered me a like for like order of my 3 and 2 seater. Said i hadnt had an apology to which he gave a ridiculous sarcastic "sorry". i said that wasnt good enough and i wanted to speak to someone higher - he refused to put me through to someone else saying no one would speak to me about this matter. he said "i will get someone to put a letter of apology together for you-will that do?" and that is supposed to be customer service!! new sofas on order, no upgrade offered, no sincere apology and very poor after care service. i will never buy from SCS again!! very poor company with incompetent staff from ordering parts to their poor customer service!! I would never recommend SCS to anyone!!
