I had a £850 order delivered by B&Q, one item had to be returned, the replacement delivery for the returned item has now been attempted THREE times by DX Freight and THREE times they DX have severely damaged it in transport, I have now been advised by B&Q the only way I can be guaranteed undamaged delivery is for it to be sent by Quality control and that will take ten days to implement, This item is the last part of a new B&Q kitchen and this service is appalling and I am sure must be unacceptable by B&Q

DX freight were scheduled to deliver for the fourth time and true to form they did not turn up and no notice to explain why, what do I do next, please can someone help me.
