I tried to exchange 2 rolls of wallpaper, all in tact with packaging and labels, i had lost my receipt, i did not expect to get a refund, but i did expect to have a credit note or exchange, i was very rudely refused, her exact words word NO RECEIPT NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE! I then said well what can i do with them to which she replied "WHATEVER YOU LIKE BUT YOUR NOT RETURNING THEM WITHOUT A RECEIPT!!! I work in customer service i would be in big trouble if i spoke to a customer like this, there were lots of people about and i feel she tried to belittle my in front of them, i was mortified...
