They didn’t refund me

Complaint against GoGroopie

One month now and I didn’t have my money back , I been calling them every day and emails them and they told me to wait two weeks and now it’s month and they never call or email me , they misslead me and I don’t know how to get my money back , They set up the phone to answer the call after 50 minuets and evwry time I call I have to wait 50 minuets and then they finish the conversation quick when I tell them that I bought my item from go groopie now from any other . They want me after month to call the supplier direct which is they told me before that they will refund me if they didn’t hear from the supplier after 2 weeks , I need help to get my money back and compensation about my time and the money I waste for calling them . I told them that I will write a bad feedback and they didn’t care . I wrote honest feedback and it wasn’t the good feedback and I told them , they read it and still didn’t refund me , they told me that they will email me and call me back and they didn’t , i feel very bad and depressed it’s 165 I paid for this Many thanks
