Complaint against Dylan Queen
I purchased two bridesmaid dresses off Dylan Queen website on 16.015. It is now 09.03.15 and and I haven't received the dresses I ordered. They sent me someone else's order on 30.01.15; they will not send me my order. They want me to pay (£30) to send the wrong order back to China and said they would give me half a refund of my original order (which was £195.61) for 'compensating' me for not receiving the goods I paid for. Therefore I would lose £127.81 as they want to give me back £97.81 if I pay £30 to send the wrong order back. They now will not answer my emails and I cannot access my online account on their website.
