Over one month and no refund in sight!

Complaint against JustFab

I ordered two bags from JustFab UK and returned one on 5th February 2015 that was collected by a courier from Hermes, to date my refund has not been issued and Just Fab claim that my return is still pending. Its been over a month, a snail would have arrived quicker. I then received a generic email response which thanked me for being a VIP member which I no longer am and gave no indication of when my refund would be made. The company is a disgrace, on top of that the bag I kept was faulty but I only discovered after using it. I wouldn't buy toilet paper from them!

It is generic responses like this that annoy me! Don't you think I have contacted Member Services on several occasions. Do you think I have time to sit and run up my phone bill when your incompetent staff try to deal with an issue that should have been resolved a long time ago. Its funny however that since I took to your Facebook page all of a sudden I receive a call informing me that my refund is being processed. I'll reserve judgement until the money shows up in my account!

I have received my refund now finally, it is a shame that I have to take to social media and use this platform also to get things done. Having said this the generic responses that have been posted here are one of the many reasons why this company will never have my custom again!

It's generic responses like this one that annoy me! There is no personal service whatsoever, don't you think I have contacted member services on several occasions over the excessive period of time this matter has been outstanding. It seems the only way to get an issue resolved is to go on your Facebook page and leave you a lovely message, funny after I did that I suddenly got a call advising my refund is being processed when it hits my account I will close this case!
