Complaint against Living Social

I purchased a voucher on 27th November 2017 for a HR10+ fitness tracker smart watch from Tomllo, via the Living Social Website. The voucher was redeemed immediately and the update on the purchase history was that it would be delivered don or before 4th December 2017. When it wasn't delivered I checked on my account and the delivery date had been amended to read delivery on or before 13th December 2017. By 16th December 2017, the item still hadn't arrived so I contacted Tomilos customer service via the email provided on the living social voucher. I never received any reply. I contacted Living Social via the website with a full explanation of the situation. I received a reply on 18th December 2017 advising me to contact the seller and if I had no success to contact Living Social again. I replied to the email immediately, advising that I had already tried to contact the seller (as explained in my first email) but now wanted a refund. To date - 26th December 2017 - Living Social have not responded. The item arrived on 24th December 2017; however, it requires a QR code to be scanned which takes you to a website to download an app for an smart phone to enable the phone to link to the watch. The QR code does not work and the website does not actually exist. Therefore although the watch will charge and switch on it cannot synch with the phone and cannot be adjusted for time date..etc. As such it is not fit for purpose and I require a refund. I am happy to return the item at the sellers expense
