Complaint against Fabletics
When I made my first purchase they have automatically signed me up as a VIP Member which I was unaware of- they have charged me £44 a month for this. I rang to say this was accidental and I wanted a refund as I haven't used it and it was no intended they are refusing to give me March's back as its too late - which I know is a load of rubbish. The customer service was also terrible, so rude.
