3 day late dead flowers for Mothers day

I ordered flowers for my mother online from NZ to NI, paid to have them delivered on Mothers day. Flowers didn't arrive tried to contact company no answer on phone and website wouldn't allow me to open a ticket. Received an email on 17th to say flowers will be delivered on the 15th???? How???? Flowers eventually delivered on 18th, half dead as well. Delivery was to late as I paid for mothers day an wasn't to the standard portrayed on their website. I don't believe askinh for a refund is unreasonable.
